Our purpose

Make complex public information easier to understand, while leaving residents free to reach their own conclusions. The site does not present itself as a government office, a project developer or a utility.

How we work

We start with agreements, official records, company announcements and original research. We distinguish a publisher’s claim from independent evidence, and separate planned, approved and operating activity. Dates, jurisdictions and units stay attached to consequential figures.

When records conflict or cannot be obtained, we say so. The City’s fiscal models and certain electricity contract and bill-impact claims remain unresolved. Neutrality means applying the same evidence standards to benefits and costs.

Language and translation

The English and Spanish editions use the same evidence. Research, drafting and translation were assisted by AI and checked for consistency. Original linked documents may be in English. The site does not claim independent professional legal or translation certification.

Illustration and identity

The hero is an original conceptual illustration inspired by the region. It is not a photograph of a proposed campus or an engineering map. The logo is an original mountain, star and river-inspired mark; it is not an official city seal.
